When I picked up the key to open the door to that one room with the unimaginable horrors, the game froze for a second before the rats spawned.
When you hold w when about to press e, when the dialogue box pops up the character still moves at a weird angle until he hits something. During my first playthrough, I somehow managed to soft-lock at 5:01 when I let my character glide against the kitchen before he hit the wall.
In conclusion, some minor issues aside this is a great horror game with a shocking twist.
This one was fun. I love short experiences like this. Had one particular weird element that I highlighted in my video, but other than that, it was fun.
Played your game in my series and im not going to lie I jumped at one point and genuinely got scared I also loved the graphics for the game, good job and cant wait to see what else you create!
I both love and hate how the protagonist has fish eye lenses as eyes hahaha, the weird and wacky perspective certainly differentiates this game from all the many other horror games on itchio. It was pretty fun though I wouldn't say it was particularly scary. Maybe focus a bit more on sound design next time, good sounds always make a scary experience better.
